The Oxva Xlim Pro 3 pod kit provides a unique refillable system update. A turbo-charging USB Type-C port allows it to quickly recharge its high-density 1500 mAh battery in less than 30 minutes. This powerful battery has a dynamic output range of up to 45W and is equipped with a number of features that make it easy to use and allow for additional adjustment. 

Both 0.6Ω and 0.8Ω coil variants from their Oxva Xlim V3 Top-Fill pod cartridge line are included in the Oxva Xlim Pro 3 pod kit, enabling a variety of vaping methods, particularly mouth-to-lung and restricted-direct-to-lung. Furthermore, any coil option from the Xlim V3 and XLIM EZ pod series can be used with the Xlim Pro 3 kit.

How do I return something?

To make a return, we recommend using your local Post Office’s Royal Mail Signed For service. Please remember to ask for proof of postage/receipt. This helps us trace the parcel if any issues occur (which is rare).

  • The address is clearly visible on the parcel
  • You include a note inside the parcel with:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return

Can I return a faulty item?

Yes — as long as it is within the warranty period.

However, before sending anything back, we recommend contacting us first. In many cases, faults can be identified and resolved without needing a return.

If the item is returned and found to be faulty:

  • We will refund your postage costs (up to £5)
  • We will either replace or refund the item
