The quad-flavour system of IVG 2400 pods contain four sealed 2ml e-liquid chambers, distinguishing these pods from others. The rotating base allows you to switch flavours quickly, providing a fresh taste on demand without the need to replace pods or carry extras.
Pre-filled with 20mg nic salt e-liquid, each chamber provides a constant MTL (mouth-to-lung) pull with pleasurable throat hits and smooth vapour. The built-in mesh coil technology provides rich flavour, leak prevention, and a clean vaping experience from beginning to end.
How to Set up IVG 2400 Pods Reload

- Unbox your pod and remove any stickers or protective seals
- Insert the pod into the IVG 2400 Reload device until it clicks into place
- Rotate the bottom dial to select one of the four available flavours
- Inhale through the mouthpiece to begin vaping (draw-activated)
- Switch flavours anytime by turning the dial to the next chamber
- Replace the pod when all four chambers are used

Can I return something from the UK?
We’ll be happy to replace or refund anything unopened and unwanted within 14 days of receiving your purchase.
For hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept any item that has been opened.

How do I return something?
To make a return, we recommend using your local Post Office’s Royal Mail Signed For service. Please remember to ask for proof of postage/receipt. This helps us trace the parcel if any issues occur (which is rare).

- Your return is securely packaged
- The address is clearly visible on the parcel
- You include a note inside the parcel with:
- Your name
- Order number
- Reason for return

Can I return a faulty item?
Yes — as long as it is within the warranty period.
However, before sending anything back, we recommend contacting us first. In many cases, faults can be identified and resolved without needing a return.
If the item is returned and found to be faulty:
- We will refund your postage costs (up to £5)
- We will either replace or refund the item
If the returned item is found not to be faulty, we will explain the findings and return the item to you free of charge.

How does it work if I want a refund?
