Can I return something from the UK?

We’ll be happy to replace or refund anything unopened and unwanted within 14 days of receiving your purchase.

For hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept any item that has been opened.

How do I return something?

To make a return, we recommend using your local Post Office’s Royal Mail Signed For service. Please remember to ask for proof of postage/receipt. This helps us trace the parcel if any issues occur (which is rare).

Please ensure:

  • Your return is securely packaged
  • The address is clearly visible on the parcel
  • You include a note inside the parcel with:
  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return

This helps us process your return as quickly as possible.

Can I return a faulty item?

Yes — as long as it is within the warranty period.

However, before sending anything back, we recommend contacting us first. In many cases, faults can be identified and resolved without needing a return.

If the item is returned and found to be faulty:

  • We will refund your postage costs (up to £5)
  • We will either replace or refund the item

If the returned item is found not to be faulty, we will explain the findings and return the item to you free of charge.

How does it work if I want a refund?

All refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at checkout.

Once a refund has been processed, it can take up to 5 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) for your bank or PayPal to return the funds to your account — although it is often much quicker.
